Partner in the London office, Steve is renowned for innovative thinking applied to the service industry. He has worked with leading edge service companies for the past twenty years and has benchmarked the industry since the early nineties, and in that time he has produced a number of thought-leadership articles and White Papers.
In collaboration with the AFSMI,he published “Benchmarking and Future Trends V” in 2005,and has worked with the AFSMI and many of the top service companies in the world in the “Services Leadership Council” and on “Benchmarking Best Practices VI”, published in 2006. In 2007 he published research into Strategic Service Management which included the impact of the Supply Chain on Service Operations.
Clients include, Philips Medical Systems, Air France Industries, Mazda, NRG, Ericsson, Oce, Xerox, Unisys, H-P, Siemens.
