We are a management consulting firm that is specialised in Strategic Service Management. We assist large and medium size businesses with to differentiate their service offerings and add more value for their customers through field services, support centres, professional services and sales organisations..
Our research activities provide the resources to help our clients innovate with new insights and ideas. We develop and test innovative service management tools and methodologies in conjunction with our client community, and we help our clients capitalize on the service potential in their business.
Our consultants are respected professionals able to inspire others through their knowledge and experience of the service industry and can transform your business effectively and reliably, minimising business risks and producing short ,medium and long term benefits.
In order to help the next growth phase of the business we are looking for several new directors that would like to become a co-owning partner in the firm and are able to lead the development of certain regions or service lines.
The mission
The future partner will create a new service line or develop a region into a mature business unit.
You will be involved at three levels of responsibilities:
Business development
You will be responsible for expanding the business and developing and maintaining new client relationships. You will be responsible for the business planning including marketing planning. You will generate a substantial revenue stream starting with your own contacts, as well as the existing client base and network of the firm.
Consulting management
As a director/partner, you will be involved in the day to day management of client engagements. You will manage the client relationships and define the projects or services to be delivered. You will lead and supervise your team of consultants and collaborate with colleagues and external partners internationally.
Strategic and decision process of the company
As a director/partner you will contribute to the strategy of the firm, you will develop and present to the partner team the business plans for your service line or region and you will execute the plan. You will participate actively in the strategic research programs and internal development projects in the firm.
The profile
You are passionate about service management, you have proven to be able to develop a new business and you are a resourceful entrepreneur. Your track record as a consultant is excellent and in addition to commonly known consulting disciplines you have specialized in one or more of the following areas:
- Service Strategy Consulting
- Customer Experience Management
- Service Marketing
- SAP Consulting (ERP CS, CRM service, SAP related Mobile Service Applications)
- Oracle/Siebel Consulting
- Microsoft Dynamics (service applications for Axapta and Navision)
- Business Process Engineering for Service Processes (field service, support centres, professional services, service sales, service logistics, knowledge management, etc.)
- Mobile Service Application Development (on several mobile application platforms)

You can work independently and you can lead a team, you are strategic and results oriented as well as a practical hands-on person that is IT literate. .
You have a graduate degree (MBA or equivalent), you master the language(s) of your region as well as English.
