  Renato Traversi  
 

A Senior consultant in the Milan office, Renato Traversi has 35 years of extensive IBM experience, in the service arena.  

Renato has participated and contributed in the IBM transformation and formation; from product maintenance to customer service. As a senior manager in IBM he has spent his last years providing support for service organizations that were developing new services or who needed to optimize their organization.

Renato is a board member of the AFSMI Italian Chapter. He also participates in the ASAP Technical Board, a group where producers, distributors and service organizations meet with the academic world.

Recent clients include: HP, NCR, and several medium sized service businesses.
